AMPISENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


Returns

  • You have 5 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@ampisent.com.

Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was defective or damaged.
  • Please return your item to VGrid Office, Ground Floor, CRV Building, Melody Lane, Hamilton 3216 • New Zealand.
